About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity within a well-established Sydney based fire protection business to lead a great team of professionals within a busy service division across Sydney metro.
This opportunity is open for an experienced service manager who is passionate about their team and clients, with a proven track record of maintaining a strong workplace culture and successfully managing business work flow.
Your Responsibilities:
- To be a lead figure and manage a medium-large team of service supervisors, technicians and Coordinators.
- You will oversee daily operations and ensure that the service is delivered to the highest quality of standards prioritising customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of effectiveness and efficiency across all service sites.
- Monitor and address any issues within the service delivery process with tenacity putting the corrective measures preventing recurrence.
- Be a key part in the quality of growth of the business with Recruiting, Training and mentoring team members to continue the culture of ongoing improvement and professional growth.
- Implementing business development strategies to improve performance and track metrics.
Skills and attributes
- A clear and concise understanding of the fire industry with knowledge of protective systems, regulation requirements and industry specific standards.
- Must have an outstanding ability to communicate with interpersonal skills to liaise with and ensure client satisfaction
- Proven track record of outstanding client satisfaction and interpersonal skills.
- Must Be Australian Permanent Resident Or Hold Australian Citizenship
- Must hold a Current NSW Drivers license
