ABOUT ROLE - Due to growth our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team! - Look after a portfolio with a mix of retail, office, and industrial buildings - Duties including general repairs and maintenance, compliance, inspections, lease renewals, compliance, and lease admin - There are good systems and support structure in place for the new person coming in to the role - Be able to work autonomously without being micro managed - Monday - Friday role
ABOUT YOU - Previous experience in Commercial Property Management is essential - Excellent communication skills - You are confident, have a positive attitude and love to take initiative! - Enjoy working autonomously without being micro-managed - Hold Class 2 Real Estate license & drivers license
