Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Senior Project or Construction Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Supervise all site activities, managing both staff and subcontractors effectively.
- Ensure the worksite remains safe, tidy, and well-organised in compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate the activities of trades on-site to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Oversee compliance with construction documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Handle the procurement, scheduling, and delivery of materials to support ongoing projects.
- Must possess carpentry qualifications or extensive experience in large formwork projects.
- Previous experience with concrete and civil structures is required.
- Proven ability to manage significant building and civil/concrete construction projects.
- Ideally, candidates will hold trade qualifications and have a strong grasp of civil construction practices.
- Competence in reading and interpreting technical plans and specifications is essential.
- A self-driven approach with a focus on achieving results is highly desirable.
