- Residential home builder specialising in high-end homes, townhouses and duplexes.
- Projects valued between $5m and $10m
- Business has been trading for over 10 years.
- Typical build locations include Sydney, Central Coast & Newcastle (Mosman, Willoughby, Ryde, Castle Hill, Gosford etc).
- The project manager will be required to manage projects in Sydney, Newcastle or the Central Coast.
- They have offices in Sydney (Chatswood), Central Coast (Tuggerah) and Newcastle.
- You can work out of any of the offices.
- Site visits required for 1-2 days per week.
- Project programming.
- Client, design team, consultant, subcontractor and other stakeholder liaison.
- Procurement.
- Financial management.
- Quality control.
- Scope of Works.
- Project administration.
- Site WH&S.
- Salary from $130,000 to $200,000 plus super.
- Relevant building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture etc).
- Demonstrated experience of working on residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion valued between $5m and $10m.
- Good client facing and relationship building skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction process including all regulations.
- Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
- Good level of IT literacy.
