About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Manager to oversee a showroom fit-out project in Wollongong on behalf of our client. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget. This role will involve coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining high standards, and managing project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all trades and labour activities on site.
- Serve as the liaison between all parties to ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain and enforce high working standards and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage and update project programs using Procore.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Lead progress meetings with the client.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Site Management, with a focus on fit-out projects.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Experience with high-end finishes is desirable.
- Familiarity with Procore systems is preferred but not required.
- Proficient with software systems and IT literate.
