The Role:
The Office Manager will report directly into the Managing Director and Accounts Manager who are both extremely charming and very forward thinking. This role requires a switched on individual who is highly organised and keen to work within the construction space.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing all calls
- Answering all customer queries
- Coordinating bookings and scheduling meetings for the Directors
- Making sure the office is fully functioning and equipped
- Liaising with third parties which includes building management and sub contractors for any maintenance issues
- Greeting clients and stakeholders in office
- Minute taking in meetings
- Completing all administrative tasks for team and assisting with construction projects
- Some Personal Assistant tasks may be required from time to time
- Supporting Accounts team
- Supporting HR team and assist with on-boarding of new staff
- Previous experience in similar construction industry preferred however not essential
- 3+ years experience in administration / office management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong 'can do" attitude!
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
- Eager to build a career within construction and administration
