ACRWORLD are currently representing an ever growing, national tier 1 contractor urgently look for experienced Service Technicians to join their team!

Role:

• Execute maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for a variety of air conditioning systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot system problems, offering viable solutions.
• Confidently handle the installation of new systems and components.
• Respond promptly and professionally to service requests.
• Clearly communicate with customers, detailing the work done and suggesting future maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and documentation.
• Adhere strictly to Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) protocols and procedures.
• Willingly work overtime during peak workloads.
• Maintain a punctual, tidy, and well-groomed appearance.

To be successful:

• Competency with troubleshooting and repair of various forms of air conditioning systems which include but not limited to VRV/VRF, packaged and split systems, central plant and ventilation systems.
• Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration and valid ARCTIC license.
• Proven experience in commercial or industrial works.
• Valid Australian drivers license.
• Valid construction white card.
