The recruitment process
- You will be assigned a dedicated recruitment consultant with specific experience to your industry. Your consultant will manage the total recruitment process through to presentation of a shortlist of pre qualified candidates.
- Candidates who make the shortlist will have been fully briefed on the company, the position, the location, the project, the salary package and the timing.
- Only those who match your requirements will be presented in the shortlist.
- All advertising costs (unless pre agreed) are at our expense.
- Our recruitment process will include advertising, extensive database search (we have access to over 50,000 candidates) and networking exercises to enable us to provide you with the best possible shortlist of candidates.
- Your consultant will assist in arranging interviews and negotiating the contracts of offer.
- We will follow up after commencement of employment to ensure you are satisfied.
Fee calculations
Our fee is charged as a fixed percentage of the candidate’s annual salary. For short term contracts our fee is calculated pro rata. Fee’s are only invoiced on successful placement of a candidate. For further information please send an e-mail to enquiry@acrworld.com
