| With significant holdings across a number of buoyant industry verticals, our client is widely regarded as the global benchmark in the successful completion of major civil and infrastructure new build initiatives. With the recent conversion of 4 major new construction projects in both the transportation and civil field, organisational and revenue growth is at an unprecedented high. Your executive level commercial responsibilities will be both regionally and project focused. You will already boast previous success in commercial ownership of projects in excess of $500m Aus and will demonstrate an enviable pedigree of construction projects in the fields of Transport, Civil or Infrastructure for a recognised contractor. Commercial management within the live project environment will be a strong focal point, as will commercial activity within the corporate function. You will hold a talent for identifying opportunities to improve fiscal generation and will work closely with the executive board in adding value to current initiatives and the company fiscal process structure. You will also be responsible for the review of monthly financial reports; creation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and trend analysis; development of the Transportation and Civil division’s strategic business plan; and management of the Division's internal controls and corporate governance processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must demonstrate proven success in a fast-paced, ‘hard dollar’ construction environment.
Minimum of 10 years Commercial Management experience

Whilst a degree qualification is a pre requisite it is also expected that you will have achieved a significant number of post graduate financial qualifications.
